Here we go!

Cut out stripes
To wave in the wind
Cookie cutter stars
Corners to mend

All rest atop
A cherry or two
Stripes dressed in red
Stars sleep in blue

Tell me, my dear,
For our patriotic pie
Will blueberries do
on the Fourth of July?

Birthday pie
For you and me
To celebrate
